SCPS hopes that you and your family are well and safe amidst this covid-19 pandemic. We are in a situation where a “new normal is being observed in the whole world. With the pandemic, the educational system in our country is faced with a great challenge. Learning delivery mode has to shift from the regular face-to-face learning to blended learning. This situation brought SCPS to provide ONLINE SERVICES for its:

*admission;

*learning delivery; and

*grading system.

The student’s email address is necessary to access our online services. Please secure your email address and password. If no email address yet, please create one.

Our learning delivery will include virtual face-to-face, digital or print through modules and PowerPoint presentations and the regular face-to-face (once the government allows it) with strict observance of social-physical distancing and other  measures to avoid the virus in the school campus. With the blended learning, we need parent’s/guardian’s cooperation and collaboration. Their role is vital in the online learning delivery mode.

Rest assured we will provide many ways for us to get in touch and talk to you and your parent/guardian about your schooling.

Our enrollment will open on May 18,2020 from Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 4:00PM.

We will still accept:

*regular/traditional enrolment for old students who are incapable to do it online; and

*walk-in enrolment for new/transferee-in enrollees, just prepare the student’s email address.

For Student ID, please, send a digital copy of picture with white background and personal details: complete name;

grade level for 2020-2021;

complete address; and

For our visitors in school, please observe the following:

1.            Wear face mask

2.            Have your body temperature checked at the gate

3.            Pass through the footbath

4.            You may wash your hand with soap at the sink near the gate

5.            Alcohol/Hand sanitizer is available at the gate and in all offices

6.            Stay at the waiting area

7.            Social-physical distancing

8.            Wait for your number to be called

9.            Proper hygiene and sanitation in the comfort room/restroom

10.          Proper dress code (dress decently)

11.          For enrollees, bring your own pen.
