ABOUT US
Sta. Cecilia Parochial School Inc. (SCPS). started its operation as a Catholic institution in June 1993 under the administration of Rev. Fr. Efren C. Villanueva, then Parish Priest of Sta. Cecilia Parish. Inspired by the resolution and decrees of the Second Plenary Council of the Philippines on the role of Catholic Schools in evangelization. Fr. Efren with the approval of the Diocese and help of the community, established SCPS.

SCPS COVID-19 AWARENESS
With the COVID-19 Pandemic a new normal Scheme in education is enforced by the government. This situation in education brought SCPS to observe classes with a mixture or blending of face to face , online learning, and digital -print learning modes. Other online services include admission and grading systems.
